Technical Issues: If a technical error prevents a successful transfer, please contact our support team within 24 hours. We will review the issue, and a refund may be issued at our discretion if the problem cannot be resolved promptly.
b. Seller Confirmation Domains
Seller Delay: For domains that require seller confirmation, if the seller fails to complete the transfer within 24 hours, your order will be automatically canceled, and a full refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Dispute Resolution: In cases of transfer disputes, we will investigate thoroughly. Refund decisions in these instances are final and based on our findings.
c. Change of Mind
Non-Refundable: Domain purchases are generally final. Refunds are not available if you change your mind after the transaction is processed or after the domain has been transferred, except in cases where the above conditions apply.
Timely Transfer: Sellers are required to transfer domains within the stipulated 24-hour period for confirmation-based transactions. Failure to do so will result in automatic order cancellation and a refund issued to the buyer.
